Congratulations to our stunning couple, Alicia & Sean! They both attended Montclair State University where Alicia's sorority and Sean's fraternity were paired for homecoming dance. Who would have known that when Alicia picked her dance partner she was also picking her future husband!
Alicia started out the day at LaCascata Salon and Spa in Marlboro where they did an exquisite job with her hair and make-up. Her sleek and romantic empress satin, trumpet gown with beautiful crystal borders was designed by Kenneth Pool; it's not a surprise that she found it at Kleinfeld Bridal Boutique in NYC. Her Nina shoes were a perfect match! The veil was designed by Peter Langner and made in Italy. A.W. Flowers of Kearny, NJ created romantic and striking bouquets with fresh calla lilies, stephanotis and roses. We loved that the bride's sister made bracelets for her adding such a sweet and intimate touch to the day!
The ceremony took place at the architecturally breathtaking St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in South Amboy. The vaulted arches created a monumental feel for the couple's nuptials and thousands of iridescent bubbles surrounded them as they made their debut as husband and wife.
Maplewood Country Club in Maplewood, New Jersey provided an elegant space with lush grounds for portraits. Alicia and Sean took a few romantic moments before the reception. The bridesmaids looked radiant in rich eggplant gowns with decorative brooches at the waist by Jordan Fashions, which the bride found at Bridesmaids at Nonchalance Boutique in Morristown NJ.
An event production company, Gotham Events of New York City, created a lighting design to mimic the more club-like atmosphere that Alicia and Sean had invisioned and A.W.Flowers composed centerpieces of calla lilies, ivory roses, hydrangea, and plum accents.
